Carded players must
be substitute for
(except keepers). No
SUBS will be
permitted on the
fly, or during

Player Equipment
- Shin
guards are MANDATORY
and must be
completely covered
by socks.
The Game
2x20 min
halves wit a 5 min
half time.
Opposing players
must be at least 5
yards away prior to
kick offs. Restarts
do not have to go
forward after goals
& to start periods.
No drop balls in
penalty area.
OFFSIDE
do not apply.
Line Violation,
a player is guilty
of a 3 line
violation, when
he/she passes or
throws the ball
across 3 lines in
the air towards the
opponent goal,
without touching or
having been played
by another player on
either team. An
indirect kick will
be awarded, to the
opposing team, at
the point were the
ball crossed over
the first line.
Fouls and Free
Kicks all
direct and indirect
fouls apply, the
players have 5
second to play the
ball after referee
signals and opposite
team must be at
least 5 yards from
the ball. Offensive
indirect is taken
outside the goal
area. Slide Tackling
is not permitted.
Penalty Kicks,
shall be taken at
the top of the box.
All players except
goalkeeper and
kicker must stand
outside the goal
area and behind the
kicker. On indirect
kicks players must
remain 5 yards from
the ball. Yellow
cards will be
awarded to players
who slow down the
flow of the game by
no providing the 5
yards rules.
Throw in,
5 second
rules and three line
violations also
applies for
throw-ins.
Goal Kicks
are taken 1 yard off
the end line,
anywhere inside the
penalty area also
the 5 second rule is
applied.
Corner Kicks,
goals can be scored
directly on corner
kicks 5 yards and 5
second rules applies
to corner kicks. In
case of a tide
during regulation
time, the game will
finish as a tie
game.
Goalkeeper,
having control of
the ball in hands
and having released
it from his/hers
hands to be played,
either by
him/herself or a
team mate, shall no
handle the ball
again until it has
been touched by an
opponent, or a
stoppage of plays
occurs. KEEPERS may
not handle the ball
passed to them by a
team-mate, except
headers. 5 second
rule applies;
keepers must put the
ball to play during
this time.
Misconduct
- Players
ejected from a match
will be suspended
for at least the
following match.
Ejections for
fighting or any
other action deemed
violent may result
in suspension, for
any further play.
Player with 2 yellow
cards in one game
will play down one
player for the
remainder of the
game. Offensive
language is
considered to
warrant a caution
card, any language
directed towards
officials,
opponents, or
spectators will
result in ejection
from the game.
Referees
One referee will
be assigned to each
match
Teams-
All teams will play
3 games.
